Most organisations are being asked to respond to increasingly complex emotional, relational, and wellbeing needs across staff, families, children, and communities — without a shared system to bring these challenges together in a coherent way.

The I Matter® Organisation Partnership Licence gives your organisation a simple, structured starting point for embedding a prevention and early intervention strategy built on the development of relationship health and I Matter informed thinking into everyday practice.

It helps you move from fragmented responses to a shared, consistent approach that supports more joined-up thinking across your organisation, your community, and your wider locality.

By developing a common language and practical framework for relationship health, it enables leaders, practitioners, and members of the public to work together more effectively to strengthen relationships, resilience, and wellbeing.

At the heart of this work is a simple cultural shift:

The aim is that relationship health becomes something your organisation can:

• name
• understand
• and actively develop alongside physical and mental health

Not as an additional initiative — but as a foundation for how you work.

What the Organisation Partnership gives you

Your annual licence provides core organisational access for up to 5 named Strategy Coordinators.

These are typically your leadership or core implementation team responsible for shaping and embedding organisational practice.

The foundation licence can be extended through:

• additional Strategy Coordinator users
• practitioner training (Link and Lead development pathways)
• access to the I Matter® Learning Journey for wider staff development
  
  

 The I Matter® System for organisations

Your licence brings together four connected parts of the system:

1. Strategy in a Box (Organisational Foundation System)

A practical organisational starter system that helps you:

• build a shared understanding of relationship health
• map current practice and priorities
• identify strengths and gaps
• support planning and decision-making
• create organisational alignment across teams

This is the entry point for leadership and strategic coordination.

2. I Matter® Learning Journey (CPD & Staff Development)

A structured learning system for staff development including:

• online courses
• CPD learning pathways
• reflective learning resources
• shared professional language development

This supports consistency and confidence across teams.

3. Practitioner Training & Practice Resources

Structured training pathways for applied relational practice including:

• Link Practitioner development (facilitation & engagement work)
• Lead Practitioner development (structured practice delivery)
• access to Practice Resources for direct work with individuals, families, groups, and communities

This supports safe, consistent use of the framework in practice.

4. Implementation Credits (Flexible System Support)

Your licence includes starter implementation credits which can be used towards implementation services:

• Leaders planning session
  
• additional group study support sessions
• practitioner development pathways
  

Credits allow your organisation to scale engagement gradually, rather than all at once.

     5.Locality Leadership (Extras)

If you are an agreed Locality Leader (currently PCN's) your annual subscription includes

• Attendance by Cathy at staff/community training event

Early Adopter/Founding Member Organisation Partner Programme

As the I Matter® Organisation Partnership continues to develop, we are inviting a small number of organisations to work alongside us as Early Adopter/ Founding Member Partners.

This is an opportunity to help shape the future development of the Relationship Health approach while benefiting from closer collaboration with the I Matter team.

As an Early Adopter Partner, you will receive:

• Opportunities to influence the development of new resources and implementation tools
• Early access to selected resources and pilot materials
• Opportunities to pilot new approaches within your organisation
• Recognition as an Early Adopter Organisation (where appropriate)
• Invitations to regular feedback and development sessions

In return, we ask participating organisations to:

• Provide honest feedback about what works well and what could be improved
• Share learning and implementation experiences
• Contribute case studies where appropriate and agreed
• Participate in occasional development discussions to help shape future resources

Together, we can build practical, evidence-informed approaches that strengthen relationship health across organisations, communities, and society.
