Supporting Yourself and  Your Relationship Confidence with the I Matter Programme

The I Matter Programme gives individuals with an interest in strengthening confidenc ein relationships a practical learning and preventative support to strengthen relationships and wellbeing at home. It is not a therapy or diagnosis and does not replace advice from health, mental health, or safeguarding professionals. When extra support is needed, we actively encourage families to seek appropriate professional help.

What is covered by funding?

  • Universal & Early Support: Some elements may be publicly funded, particularly for young adults where early relational support has the greatest long-term impact.

  • Extended Learning: Usually self-funded, designed for those ready to go deeper with structured learning.

How families access I Matter Training:

  • Access is currently via Link Professionals in participating organisations.

  • Individuals complete a short questionnaire to guide them to the right level of support.

  • Individuals may start with a ‘supported start’, helping you set your own goals and priorities for learning.
