The entry point is a community wide and locality focussed project known as:
Let's Talk Relationship Health
All of the following options have the general mission to promote conversations about this vital but overlooked term
Relationship Health is not just a nice to have idea it is a key element of resiliency and social cohesion, so vital as pressures increase.
Our Theory of Change is as follows:
Stage 1: Awareness - People hear about relationship health.
Stage 2: Understanding - People begin to understand what it means.
Stage 3: Learning - People develop practical knowledge and skills.
Stage 4: Organisational Adoption - Schools, healthcare settings and community organisations begin using shared language.
Stage 5: Community Culture Change - Relationship health becomes part of everyday conversations about wellbeing.
The I Matter Learning Journey pathways have been designed to combine entry level learning options and more indepth online learning accessed either independently or via organisations. The offer is intentionally structured so that there are discounted options via participating organisations due to the benefits of local conversations.

Together these training options provide a suite of opportunities that can serve the intent of getting conversations and reflection going.
Our experience is that the term relationship health is strongly aligned with the evidence on wellbeing and is powerful in terms of shifting the focus

The First Questions:
At the beginning of the process, most organisations start with two simple guiding questions:
These questions can take you a long way on their own, and often open up important conversations across teams, families, and communities.
However, many organisations also find that people can become stuck at this stage — not because the questions are wrong, but because there is often no shared understanding of how relationship patterns develop, or what supports meaningful change over time.
In practice, there has been very little preparation for the relational demands of being a partner, parent, professional, or team member. As a result, confusion about “what to do next” is very common.
The I Matter® Organisation Partnership Licence supports organisations to move from reflection into shared understanding and action.
