Every individual situation is unique
However we know that active coaching alongside your I Matter Learning Journey is key to results
I Matter Relationship Health Personal Skills Development Path
An I Matter relationship health approach has a very wide applicability to people grappling with challenging personal and professional relationship situations. However everyone's needs are different.
Coaching support with an I Matter Learning Journey can therefore vary. Sometimes there is a personal focus, sometimes its professional. Sometimes people join the learning process for a short while, sometimes it is longer.
Sometimes there is something very specific and time limited needed.
Sometimes the best results will come from being part of a specialist focus study support group with a certified lead over a longer period
Sometimes 1:1 coaching is the best way forward.
Once you have an understanding of the I Matter Framework the next step Is working out what support you think you will need to keep moving
