I Matter Organisation Partnership - Implementation Upgrade

I Matter® Organisation Partnership Licence

Implementation Upgrade

The Implementation Upgrade is designed to help organisations move beyond introduction into confident, in-house delivery of relationship health and I Matter-informed practice.

It supports you to develop a small, focused team of practitioners who can take the learning forward in a structured, sustainable way within your setting.

What this upgrade is (and is not)

The core Partnership Licence introduces organisations to relationship health thinking through accessible, entry-level learning and shared language. It is designed to build awareness, curiosity, and early engagement.

The Implementation Upgrade is the next step.

It is not designed to provide unlimited access for all staff, or to overwhelm teams with open-ended content. Instead, it focuses on depth over breadth, ensuring that learning is used meaningfully and sustainably.

Why this matters

We recognise that relationship health and I Matter-informed practice is relevant to everyone — but readiness for learning varies across individuals and teams.

Because of this, the goal is not to “train everyone equally”, but to strengthen a small group of key people who can lead and sustain practice within your organisation.

What you will develop

With the Implementation Upgrade, your organisation will begin to:

  • Build a small team of I Matter-informed practitioners with deeper understanding
  • Develop internal confidence to apply relationship health thinking in real situations
  • Create a shared internal language for reflection, planning, and response
  • Move from awareness into consistent, applied practice

How it works in practice

This upgrade focuses on supporting a small number of staff to become your internal foundation for practice.

These individuals can then:

  • explore application in your specific context
  • support colleagues informally
  • help shape consistent approaches across teams
  • contribute to ongoing organisational learning

Thinking ahead

This partnership is designed as the start of a longer-term development pathway. We encourage organisations to plan ahead for continued staff and family learning.   Learning Credits  is one way to support flexible and responsive progression over time.
