The I Matter First Course with Essentials

The I Matter First Course is a pre-recorded course which includes the Get Started Workshop and the Essentials of Attachment email course offers a carefully structured introduction to I Matter thinking. 

The initial focus for this course was for Parent-Child situations where there was a lot of escalation.   

However the general principles set out are relevant in a wide range of circumstances including adult-child and adult-adult relationships and issues
