We are currently speaking with professionals and practitioners in schools and community caring or leadership roles across Kendal and beyond who sometimes find themselves in challenging situations with young people and families they have felt underprepared for.
We are inviting professionals to take part in an exploratory conversation to help shape the next stage of the I Matter Learning Journey.
This work is part of a development and pilot process led by Relationship Health Matters CIC.
The I Matter Learning Journey is a structured approach to understanding:
We are exploring:
This is a development and co-design process, not a clinical service or assessment.
We would especially like to hear from people who are:
This may include people working in health, education, social care, community, or leadership settings.
You should live or work in the Kendal and surrounding area.
If you would like to take part, you can book a convenient time for a short conversation (around 45 minutes).

The conversation does not commit you to anything further.
It is simply an opportunity to understand what matters to you in your role, what support would be most helpful, and what questions feel most important.
Your ideas will be combined with insights from others to help shape future learning opportunities and applications of the core training.
There is no pressure to continue beyond the conversation.

We often find that people already hold valuable insights about what helps and what is missing in current learning and support systems.
These conversations help turn that lived experience into a more practical, grounded learning approach.
