About the Class: 

The I Matter Fundamentals offers a fast paced 6 week programme offering an opportunity to learn a practical method of understanding relationship health as a foundation to improving adult and child wellbeing based on learning a practical integration of the research evidence known as the I Matter Framework.

This course can be an introduction to taking part in the longer I Matter Relationship Health learning Journey.

Participants should make available around 12 hours of time: 6 hours to work through the course videos and 6 hours to complete the reflective work.

The programme is open to participants for 6 months.

Details:

Course participants view the online teaching sessions from their own computers through our online platform. 

There are four levels of support 

Core:      Self-paced with 3 months membership of I Matter community wheel  - with option to submit questions for a weekly clinic:     
Bronze:  With an initial 30 min consult and option to join a course forum and experience interaction with other course members via the Level 1 forum
Silver:    With an initial 30 min consult and six months' access to course forum and fortnightly live Q&A options
Gold:     With an initial 30 min consult and six months access to course forum + flexible 1:1 voice coaching using what's app Mon-Fri- submit questions and get a response.

The purpose of the consultation is to assist you in getting best value from your I Matter Level 1 programme.   We are not offering clinical services.  If you are concerned about the wellbeing of yourself or a child or family member please make sure to seek local licensed help.
 
We also have options for organisations who are wanting to get started on an I Matter Learning Journey - please contact us

The information contained in this course is relevant to anyone interesting in preparing to improve child and adult wellbeing with an I Matter Relationship Health Approach. This material is relevant to anyone who is involved or will be involved with adults and young people: parents, grandparents, teachers, counsellors, youth workers, family workers, therapists, social workers, psychologists. This course can be used for professional development for teachers, continuing education for helping professionals, and staff training for youth programs. It is also highly recommended for any serious students of psychology and all those who seek to support others in their development. Knowing how to understand and assist improved relationship health for yourself and others equips you to manage a full range of life challenges
