The I Matter Fundamentals is an 8 week programme offering an opportunity to learn a practical method of understanding relationship health as a foundation to improving adult and child wellbeing based on learning a practical integration of the research evidence known as the I Matter Framework
This course can be an introduction to taking part in the longer I Matter Relationship Health learning Journey
Details
Course participants view the online teaching sessions from their own computers through our online platform. There are options to join an initial Getting Started workshop and a weekly scheduled online relfections class via Zoom to discuss the material and gain further insight with facilitation from one of our certified practitioners
All classes are recorded. If you can't fit a live class into your day-time schedule, you can keep up by watching the recording later in the week.
All registrations include four months' access to our online community which provides more of Dr Cathy Betoin's video material, online support, discussion forums, study guides, supplementary resources, and much more.
