With this letter I wish to confirm that I Matter Training Ltd as the Licensor (“I Matter”) agrees to offer You (“Identifiable by email”) access to the online I Matter Level 1 Learn I Matter training programme.  In this letter I will aim to capture the agreements which will form the contract between us.  

Each participant to an I Matter Journey completes their own agreement.  There should be one logon per person.  

Purpose of our Contract: Our I Matter Mission is to improve child and adult wellbeing through supporting better understanding of the conditions for healthier happier relationships between adults and young people - and adults-adults - especially those who have additional needs as a result of challenging circumstances.  Our focus is on supporting better preparation for challenging roles

Benefits:   Participation in this programme will benefit you and others through offering a carefully structured introduction to an I Matter informed relationship health approach to improving adult and child wellbeing.   We believe in the importance of you developing yourself and your own insight and skills as the top priority.  This is not a train the trainer course.  Our focus is on equipping you for more confidence in everyday interactions.

This agreement sets out our expectations of the way we can work most successfully together for your desired results.  

What to expect:  There are three parts to every I Matter Learning Journey:i) establishing your start points,  ii) learning the ideas and completing the online content and ii) putting the ideas into practice in effective manner. 

Terms of Agreement

Contents of the core programme:  6 months access to the Level 1 Learn I Matter online programme via www.imattertraining.com/learn-i-matter

Extras: as specified in course description

Total Payment:  As per invoice

Cancellation:   If you are purchasing as a consumer you may cancel within 14 days assuming you have not accessed the programme or progressed beyond the 7 day preparation course.   If you are purchasing as a business this cancellation clause does not apply.

Guarantee:  If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may request a refund within 30 days of the end of the programme if you have completed all the exercises and the programme has not delivered on its promise to introduce you to the I Matter Framework and a Relationship Health approach.    We do not offer refunds for any group or 1:1 consultation time.

Application of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the I Matter Online Learning Journey coaching Programme (“Programme”) operated by I Matter Training Ltd (“we” or “us”). By registering to be a participant in our Programme, you warrant that you have read and agree to the Terms set out in our Master Services Agreement (www.imattertraining.com/terms)

Intellectual Property:  The resources provided to you in the initial stages of I Matter training are for your own personal use only and to inform your professional thinking as appropriate.
