This route is for approved I Matter Link professionals who are recommending parents or carers or individuals for early intervention Phase 1-2 supported learning via I Matter Training.
The individual will submit their own expression of interest
This form is to confirm that you have met with the named person and assessed that they are able to progress I Matter Learning autonomously and/or that they have access to locally informed appropriate support.
I Matter Training provides psychoeducation only. While we endeavour to be supportive, our role is to focus on building insight and skills, not to provide 'support'.
We do not offer places on I Matter Training or any consultations unless this has been confirmed.
If we have concerns that a person is not engaging with the I Matter Learning or is currently managing situations that are more complex than is our remit, then we will contact you as the person providing a recommendation to inform you that we have asked the person to come to review options with you.
We review engagement on a bimonthly basis. If an individual does not progress and complete assignments or attend sessions, the account will be paused and they will need to wait at least 6 months for any agreements to be reviewed.
