I Matter Office Hours Online Coaching uses the chat function inside the platform   This enables us to provide highly personalised and responsive support as you progress through your I Matter Learning Journey using text and voice messaging.

The guidelines for office hours are as follows:
+ Office Hours are Tuesdays 8am-8pm
+ They are to be used to support your I Matter learning Journey midway or at the end of a module.
+ The purpose of I Matter Office Hours Chat based coaching is only on deepening your understanding of the theory and theory to practice of a Relationship Health and I Matter Approach.
+ You will submit a short message (max 2-3mins if a voice message)
+ Please do not use names in your text or voice message
+ Last question should be before 7pm for a same day response.
+ Cathy will offer a text or voice mail response.
+ You can send back a response, as appropriate for a further exchange

How to use office hours:   You can: 
+ share some reflections on the module - and what comes up for you as you think about the content
+ share some GEMS or some successes you have had in helping yourself and your focus child/other.
+ share a question you have had around something  you are feeling stuck with
+ share some feedback on what you are liking or think could be improved with the course.

Remember that
Cathy's role is only to help you explore general principles for relationship health and an I Matter approach
The focus is on your own personal I Matter learning journey - not on blaming others or yourself
There are no life situations that are not offering you opportunities for personal growth and learning
Cathy will not be party to a lot of information so all discussion is in the form of guidelines only
You must use your own judgement to make decisions about your own care and that of your child or others.

You agree NOT to use the platform chat function, outside office hours
You agree NOT to contact other members of the I Matter Coaching site via chat.

You agree that whenever you are actively concerned about the wellbeing of yourself or your child that you will seek local advice promptly and stay engaged with other professionals and not rely solely on these exchanges. 


In particular please remember that we want online coaching to offer you a safe respectful space 

Our standard  Terms and Conditions and Confidentiality Guidelines cover a full range of issues listed.

If you have any concerns, please raise them with us as early as possible, so that we can work with you to address them.
