Welcome to the Relationship Health and I Matter Learning Programme.
We are pleased to support your participation in an educational learning environment focused on relationship health, reflective practice, and applied learning.
This Programme is designed to support learning that may be used in personal, professional, and organisational contexts.
1. Scope of the Programme
The I Matter Learning Programme is a single integrated learning environment which may include:
- structured online learning modules
- optional study support activities
- facilitated group learning and workshops
Elements ot the programme can include, subject to your entry point
- Let;s Talk Relationship Health (via organisations)
- The I Matter Learning Journey
- The I Matter Community Wheel
- online community participation spaces (including forums where applicable, such as Let’s Talk RH)
The specific elements available to you may vary depending on your route of access, for example:
- self-funded individual participation, or
- organisation-supported participation (e.g. employer-funded access such as KPCN), or
- partner-supported or facilitated learning arrangements
2. Nature of this Programme
The I Matter Learning Programme is:
- an educational and reflective learning experience
- designed to support learning about relationship health and applied practice
- delivered through online learning, optional support, and (where applicable) community-based engagement
This programme is NOT:
- therapy or counselling
- psychological or medical treatment
- clinical supervision
- crisis or safeguarding intervention
Participation does not create a therapeutic, clinical, or medical relationship.
3. Community and Learning Environment
Where community or forum-based participation is available (including Let’s Talk RH spaces):
- it forms part of an educational learning environment
- it is designed for reflection, discussion, and shared learning
- it is not a professional advisory, clinical, or therapeutic service
User-generated contributions may reflect personal views and experiences and do not represent professional guidance.
You agree not to rely on peer contributions as a substitute for professional advice or support.
Participation in study support is optional unless specified by your organisation or programme route.
Where study support is provided, it is intended to support learning and reflection only.
4. Human Facilitation and Interaction
Some aspects of the programme may include live or facilitated interaction.
You understand that:
- sessions may be group-based
- responses to questions may not be individually tailored
- facilitation is guided by professional judgement and group learning needs
- content and emphasis may vary between sessions
Facilitators are not providing clinical, therapeutic, or medical advice.
5. Personal Responsibility
You agree that:
- you are responsible for how you interpret and apply the learning
- you will seek appropriate professional support where needed
- you will not rely on this programme as a substitute for clinical, safeguarding, or emergency services
6. Organisation or Facilitated Access
You may access this programme:
- independently (self-funded), or
- through an organisation or partner-supported arrangement (e.g. employer-funded access such as KPCN)
Where organisation-funded access applies:
- access is provided under a separate agreement between I Matter Training Ltd and the organisation
- your participation remains subject to this Participation Agreement
- organisational access does not change the educational nature of the programme
7. Participation Expectations
You agree to:
- engage respectfully in all learning spaces
- take responsibility for your own learning and reflection
- respect confidentiality within group or community spaces where applicable
- not misuse or disrupt online platforms or sessions
We may restrict access where behaviour is inappropriate or harmful to the learning environment.
8. Confidentiality and Community Conduct
Where group or community learning is involved:
- confidentiality should be respected within the group context
- however, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in user-generated online spaces
- you are responsible for what you choose to share
You agree to act in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.
9. Important Boundaries of Use
You agree and understand that:
- this is not a crisis or emergency service
- this is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or safeguarding support
- you should seek appropriate support services where required
10. Agreement to Participate
By enrolling, you confirm that you:
- have read and understood this Participation Agreement
- agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice
- agree to participate in a respectful and responsible way
11. Full Terms
This Participation Agreement should be read alongside:

- Privacy Policy
- (where applicable) Organisational Partnership Agreement between your organisation and I Matter Training Ltd
In the event of any conflict, the Full Terms and Conditions take precedence.
