Thank you for purchasing or accessing an I Matter® resource.
This Resource Use Licence explains how I Matter® materials may be used in practice. It is designed to support appropriate, safe and consistent use while protecting the integrity of the I Matter® framework and its intellectual property.
All I Matter® resources remain the copyright and intellectual property of I Matter Training Ltd unless otherwise stated.

- personal reflection and self-directed learning
- use of resources to support awareness and understanding of relationship health

I Matter® resources are educational and practice development tools designed to support understanding and development of relationship health.
They are not therapy, counselling, clinical advice or safeguarding guidance, and should not replace professional judgement, supervision, or statutory responsibilities.
5. Appropriate Use and Preparation
Some resources are suitable for general awareness activities.
Others are intended for use following relevant I Matter® learning pathways or with appropriate organisational preparation.
Where guidance is provided in the I Matter® Resource Guide, organisations and teams are responsible for ensuring users are appropriately prepared for the level of use.
6. Intellectual Property
All I Matter® frameworks, materials, diagrams, videos, worksheets, tools and related resources remain the intellectual property of I Matter Training Ltd.
Purchase or access of resources does not transfer ownership or rights beyond those explicitly stated in this licence.
