Introduction
Dear Colleagues,
This agreement sets out the terms under which I Matter Training Ltd will provide access to the I Matter Online Learning Journey and optional study support for staff and individuals linked to your organisation.
This programme is currently delivered as small, separately evaluated microprojects, with a focus on developing understanding and practical skills for relationship health across services, teams, and communities.
Nature of the Service
The I Matter offer provides:
- access to online learning materials
- optional study support sessions
- a framework for developing relationship health awareness and practice
This is a psychoeducational learning service, not a clinical or therapeutic provision.
It is designed to support shared language and understanding between professionals and non-professionals, with a focus on prevention, early intervention, and relational capacity-building.
It may be used to complement existing training or services, but does not replace appropriate clinical, safeguarding, or specialist referrals.
Licensing and Scope of Access
This agreement provides a foundation for organisational access to the I Matter Learning System.
Licence levels may include (but are not limited to):
- Organisation Starter Licence
- Organisation Core CPD Licence
- Organisation Enhanced Practice Licence
Specific access levels, user numbers, duration, and pricing will be confirmed at the point of agreement or via written order forms.
Licence levels may be upgraded or modified by mutual agreement without requiring a new master agreement, unless a material change to the service model is introduced.
Specific licence levels, access scopes, and pricing will be agreed via written confirmation, order forms, or invoices, and will operate under the terms of this agreement unless otherwise stated.
Access is provided for internal use within the organisation and its nominated participants and must not be shared externally without written permission.
Scope of Access
This agreement covers:
- participation by professionals and/or non-professionals
- independent and supported learning formats
- access duration (as specified at point of agreement)
Access is:
- provided for internal use within the organisation and its nominated participants

Responsibilities of the Organisation
The organisation agrees to:
- ensure participants understand the nature of the programme
- support respectful and appropriate engagement with the learning
- take responsibility for how learning is interpreted and applied within their setting
- ensure appropriate safeguarding and professional oversight within their service context
I Matter Training Ltd provides educational and reflective learning support and does not accept responsibility for clinical, safeguarding, or operational decisions made by the organisation.
Participant Agreement Requirement
All participants accessing the I Matter Online Learning must accept the Individual Participation Agreement at the point of enrolment.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality within facilitated or group sessions
- I Matter Training Ltd processes personal data in accordance with GDPR
- The organisation remains responsible for its own data governance and safeguarding processes
Fees and Payment
- Fees will be agreed in advance
- Payment terms will be outlined in invoices or separate agreements
- Subscription models may be available for self-serve access
- Where procurement or partnership arrangements are required, access may be facilitated through Relationship Health Matters CIC
Intellectual Property
All materials remain the intellectual property of I Matter Training Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
I Matter Training Ltd provides educational and reflective learning content and does not accept liability for:
- decisions made based on the learning
- outcomes arising from implementation within organisational settings
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with reasonable notice (typically 30 days), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- understands the nature of the service
- agrees to these terms
- will ensure appropriate use within its setting
