Introduction

This agreement sets out the terms under which I Matter Training Ltd will provide access to the I Matter Online Learning Journey and optional study support for staff and non-professionals linked to your organisation.

This programme is currently delivered as a pilot, with a focus on developing understanding and application of relationship health across services, teams, and communities.

Nature of the Service

The I Matter offer provides:

• Access to online learning materials
• Optional study support sessions
• A framework for developing relationship health awareness and practice

This is a psychoeducational service, not a clinical or therapeutic provision. 

It has been designed to be used flexibly to promote a shared langugage betweeen professionals and non-professionals particularly to support more preparation, prevention and early intervention. 

It can be used as a complement to other training and services but should not be used as a replacement for other appropriate referrals for adults and young people.

Types of License

This agrement provides a foundation for:

1. Organisation Starter License
2. Organisation Core CPD License (professionals focus only)
3. Organisation Enhanced Practice LIcense (working with families with Certified Practitioners: Assisted Self Help via Link, Workshops via Leads or Online access via Lead Plus)

Scope of Access

This agreement covers:

• User participation professionals or non-professional
• Independent and Supported Learning
• Duration of access (to be specified at point of agreement)

Access is:

• Provided for internal use within your organisation for linked adults
• Not to be shared externally without written agreement
  
  

Responsibilities of the Organisation

The organisation agrees to:

• Ensure participants understand the nature of the programme
• Encourage respectful and appropriate engagement
• Take responsibility for how learning is implemented within their setting
• Ensure appropriate safeguarding and professional oversight within their service
  
  

I Matter Training Ltd provides educational and reflective support and does not take responsibility for clinical, organisational, or safeguarding decisions made by the organisation.

The organisation agrees that all participants accessing the I Matter Online Learning will be required to accept the Individual Participation Agreement at the point of enrolment.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

• Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality within sessions
• I Matter Training Ltd will handle personal data in accordance with GDPR
• The organisation remains responsible for its own data governance and safeguarding processes

Fees and Payment

• Fees will be agreed in advance
• Payment terms will be outlined in invoices or separate payment agreements
• Organisations can access the programme via a subscription model. Where possible, this is set up as a self-serve online subscription. For organisations requiring procurement or partnership arrangements, subscriptions can be facilitated through Relationship Health Matters CIC

Intellectual Property

All materials remain the property of I Matter Training Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without permission.

Limitation of Liability

I Matter Training Ltd provides educational content and does not accept liability for:

• Decisions made based on the learning
• Outcomes arising from implementation within organisational settings

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with reasonable notice (e.g. 30 days), unless otherwise agreed.
