Welcome
Dear ,
We are delighted that you are joining an I Matter Online Learning Course or programme or email course.
The I Matter Learning resources are designed to support reflection and learning about relationship health, wellbeing, and everyday interactions.
By enrolling, you agree to the following:
Nature of this learning
Let's Talk Relationship Health (the entry level organisation programme) and the I Matter Learning Journey are both educational / psychoeducational programmes.
They are not therapy, counselling, or clinical support.
The programmes are designed for self-directed learning at your own pace.
The programmes encourage you to make time for personal reflection but this is for your own development purposes only. You are not assessed on this programme.
Certificates are optional and based on completing 85% of the reflection worksheets. Our trained programme administrators can read but do not read everything online. Your information is treated as confidential unless, in a rare situation, we determine that we have a legal duty to act.
Any accreditation for professionals interested in practitioner roles is based on engaging with the learning opportunities via study support.
The programme includes a light touch level of community learning support for everyone. This can sometimes be complemented by additional study support options which can be locally agreed.
If we are concerned about any element of your participation on the platform we reserve the right to terminate your access.
Your access to the platform is time limited. At the end of your funded access, if your role is not covered by a practitioner training agreement via your organisation, you may opt to take out a personal subscription to retain access to your courses.
The material covered can touch on issues that some people may experience as sensitive. No one should be required to take part and you should consider whether this is the right time to progress more learning or not.
Your participation
You agree to:
- ensure that this is the right time for you to take part
- think about who you might discuss any of the issues with
- take responsibility for your own learning and the process of applying ideas in your own context
- engage respectfully with the content and platform
- use the materials for personal learning only
Access context (important)
Some learners may access this programme independently through self-funding, while others may access it through a facilitated, organisation-funded, or partner-supported learning arrangement.
Where this applies, it does not change the self-directed nature of the learning experience unless explicitly stated.
Important legal clarification
This programme does not create a therapeutic, clinical, or medical client relationship.
If you have any concerns about the wellbeing of yourself or another person please seek local support.
We are not a crisis support service and do not provide support outside the scope of the educational programme.
Agreement
By enrolling, you confirm that you:
- have read and understood this agreement
- agree to the Terms and Conditions
- agree to participate in a respectful and responsible way
