We are delighted that you are joining the I Matter Online Learning Journey with optional study support.
This programme is currently offered as a pilot, with the aim of providing accessible opportunities to learn about and engage with relationship health. Our intention is to support you in developing strong foundations to inform your thinking, decision-making, and practice in your personal and/or professional roles.
If you are accessing this programme through an organisation, your participation is also subject to any agreements in place between I Matter Training Ltd and your organisation.
The Nature of This Programme
I Matter Online Learning and Study Support is:
- An educational and reflective learning experience
- A space for shared learning and discussion
- Grounded in the principles of relationship health
It is not therapy, counselling, or crisis support, and does not replace professional services.
Personal Responsibility
You agree that:
- You are responsible for how you interpret and apply the learning
- You will seek additional professional support where needed
- You will not rely on this programme as a substitute for clinical or specialist advice
Funded Participation
Where your access to I Matter Online Learning and Study Support is funded by an organisation, school, or other service:
- Your participation remains subject to this Individual Participation Agreement
- You are responsible for your own engagement, decisions, and use of the learning
- The programme remains an educational and reflective service and is not therapy, counselling, or clinical provision
- Participation in I Matter should not replace referrals to or engagement with appropriate local professionals for your own care, or your child’s care.
Funding does not imply:
- Clinical assessment or diagnosis
- Responsibility for outcomes by I Matter Training Ltd or the funding organisation
- Ongoing access beyond the funded period
Unless explicitly agreed in writing:
- Personal information shared within the programme will not be routinely shared with the funding organisation
- You remain responsible for managing any communication with professionals involved in your care or support
Consultations and Coaching Sessions
As part of the I Matter Online Learning Journey, some participants may access individual or group consultations sessions, including a Priorities Consult and Office Hours Check in.
These sessions are:
- Psychoeducational and reflective in nature
- Designed to support understanding, planning, and application of relationship health principles
- Not therapy, counselling, or clinical supervision
Participation in consults or coaching sessions does not establish a clinical or therapeutic relationship.
Community Wheel Online Membership
Where participation includes access to the I Matter Community Wheel, this forms part of the overall learning and support environment.
The Community Wheel is:
- A peer-supported online community space
- Designed to complement and extend your learning journey
- Subject to its own Community Wheel Participation Agreement
By participating in the Community Wheel, you agree to abide by the specific Community Wheel terms, which govern conduct, access, and use of the community platform.
Access to the Community Wheel may be time-limited, subscription-based, and/or dependent on continued enrolment, as specified at the point of purchase or registration.
Safeguarding and Additional Support
Participants remain responsible for:
- Seeking appropriate professional or clinical support where needed
- Managing safeguarding concerns through appropriate services
I Matter Training Ltd does not provide crisis or safeguarding intervention.
Priorities Consult
Where a Priorities Consult is required before accessing supported learning:
- This session is intended to help clarify needs, expectations, and next steps
- It does not constitute an assessment, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation
- Participation in further supported learning is not guaranteed and will depend on appropriateness of fit
Confidentiality in 1:1 and Group Settings
- In taking part you understand the limits to confidentiality
- We advise you to be thoughtful when sharing information as confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed
- Information may need to be shared if there are concerns about safety or legal obligations
Cancellations and Attendance
- Sessions must be attended as scheduled unless agreed otherwise
- Notice period for cancellation: please give 48 hours notice
- Missed sessions will not be refundable or rebookable (if applicable)
Access and Use
Your access to I Matter materials, consultations and group sessions is:
- Non-transferable - each license is one email - one person.
- Not to be copied, shared, or distributed without permission
Intellectual Property
All materials remain the intellectual property of I Matter Training Ltd and may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without prior written consent.
Payments and Access
Where applicable:
- Access is provided following payment or funded registration
- Details of access duration and support level are outlined at the point of purchase
If you have any concerns, please raise them with us as early as possible, so that we can work with you to address them.
In particular, if you do not want to accept our terms do not use this site or take part in these sessions.
