Foundation B - Watching Affectionately 

The Foundation B provides an intensive 3 week period of online theory to practice coaching.

The intention of the coaching is to help parents and carers become aware of key concepts in I Matter thinking as they can be observed in the everyday pf home and family life.

Participants complete an online journal on a daily basis and get feedback from the coach and, if applicable, from group members

The journal should be completd 4-5x a week to get best value from the course - a process that will usually take around 10-15 mins each time
