1. I have lost my password!
Please go to the log in page and request a password reset.
Please note: there is a separate username for the A courses and B courses. The Members Gateway uses your email as a username but is for Basic and Advanced Certificates only.
2. Emails are not arriving!
Please check your spam folder and then white list emails from us
3. Can I have an extension on my Course?
We understand that studying online presents challenges around pioritising. We aim to give you a generous amount of time to complete with a limit to help keep you focussed. After that if you want an extension there will be a monthly subscription fee to extend your access.
4. I am a parent - can I get started?
At present we only provide courses to parents in partnership with member organisations and linked professionals.
