GET STARTED WITH AN I MATTER JOURNEY

This is a Community Building Process

SENIOR LEADERS AND BUDGET HOLDERS

who want to enable stressed staff to access training that addresses their own needs as well as supporting their insight and confidence promoting adult-child relationship health

The first step on an I Matter Journey for senior leaders or budget holders is an introductory workshop, webinar or two day conference event ideally with one or two others from your own organisation or setting.

I Matter Framework training offers a learning journey that will build confidence - and help you achieve the Mission - less stress and greater confidence in how to understand and help children who are struggling or challenging in your setting including greater confidence to work with others

PROFESSIONALS

who want to access training for themselves that addresses their own needs as well as supporting their insight and confidence promoting adult-child relationship health in work roles but also at home

The first step on an I Matter Journey for professionals is to find out if their school or service is a member of the I Matter Community.  We are currently focussing on schools, GP's and primary care,

If your school or service is not a member then the next step is to share this website with them to see if you can access some funding to support your training.  OR you could decide to fund yourself.

If your schools or service is a member then please speak to your Link or Lead Professional to find out what the training and study support options are for you.

The next step is to register for an introductory webinar or workshop or for an intensive day conference so that you can find out what's involved.

You will then follow a carefully designed learning journey that will build your confidence - and help you achieve your Mission - less stress and greater confidence in how to understand and help at least one child who is struggling or challenging in your work or home setting and then - we hope- greater confidence in how to work effectively with others

PARENTS-CARERS

who want to feel less stressed with improved adult-child relationship health in their own homes

The first step for a parent or carer is to find out if their school or service is a member of the I Matter Community with an approved Link or Lead Professional

If your school or service is not a member, the next step is to share this website with them to see if you can find a professional who would be interested in training to support developments in your area.  Your role is to agitate!

If your school or service is a member, please speak to your Link or Lead and ask them about the options for your training and the next introductory session date.  Please be aware that parents-carers will usually fund their own training though some may have some entitlements or be able to access bursary support dependent on local arrangements
