The I Matter course is not just a set of lessons and resources. You can also become part of a supportive and enthusiastic group of professionals and parents who are working together in the Kendal and Morecambe Bay area and beyond to develop a new approach to supporting children and families

I Matter Everyday Awareness Workshops and Webinars are Suitable for:  Parents and professionals in the full range of roles with typical and more complex children in direct and indirect roles:  GPs, Paediatricians, Psychiatrists, Heads, Teachers, TA, HLTA, Nursery and College staff, Health Visitor, School nurses, Social workers, Clinical Psychologists, Educational Psychologists, Police, Probation Workers, GPs in training, Teachers in training 

Pre-requisites:  None (parents need a recommendation via an approved I Matter Link Professional)

Getting Started and First Steps Learning Outcomes   
What is the i Matter Framework and Why is it Needed?  
By the end of this course you will:

1. Have been introduced to the background and some of the key elements of the I Matter Framework 
2. Have thought about relationship health and the implications of these ideas for your own role

OPTIONAL EXTENSIONS
1. We can adjust the length of the workshop to meet your needs
2. Options to add in the First Steps course or the Essentials of Attachment 


On completion of this workshop you will receive:
A certificate for 60 mins I Matter Training for your CPD file or CV
Options to register for the Essentials or First Steps Course
