Culture Change, Embedding and Tipping Point

I Matter Framework Training was developed to support a community wide thinking process - because this is what is  needed if we are to successfully improve the wellbeing of children and young people

There are a number of ways of tackling a culture change process:

i) Level 3 embedding: Invest more heavily in ensuring more staff have foundation training through inset and/ or online learning. This is a key element for effective work with parents as an everyday part of the way staff think and behave

ii) Level 4 embedding:  Invest in your school or organisation's ability to think developmentally and use developmental tracking.  This is a key element for working with more vulnerable children

iii) Level 5 embedding:  Take your home-school practice to an advanced level through investing in co-ordinated progress tracking.

Through this process we are on the look out for staff with the qualities needed to take on a role as licenced inhouse lead professionals
